The final stage begins the day the new project is up and running. This phase never really ends.

Benefit

AN OPERATING BUILDING IS A RESOURCE and a source of information that can benefit other projects. After completing the project, we will continuously communicate with our clients and perform a post-occupancy evaluation to affirm the building is progressively serving our client’s needs. As we collectively reciprocate knowledge with the client, all the knowledge gained will be applicable for future reference.
